Not just a good actor but a great advocate of a stew.

I read somewhere that the Rocky movie montages of his previous wins didn't show the Apollo Creed fights because Carl Weathers didn't sign a release form to include his scenes from Rocky & Rocky 2 in subsequent movies.

Northern Soul, He also played in Tour of Duty as Colonel Brewster. Oddly enough Lee Majors ( 6 Million Dollar Man), also played a part in Tour of Duty.
